02Dr. Joseph Umali, M.D.
Specializing in Head and Neck Surgery, Dr. Joseph Umali graduated from De La Salle University in 1996 and had his internship at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila the following year. Finishing 10th place in the Philippine Board of Otorhinolaryngology (2007), Dr. Umali also took the Physicians Licensure Exam in 2002. He is currently a faculty at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, a Retainer Physician at Fortune Care Imus, and is also affiliated with the Cavite Medical Society and the Philippine Residents of Otorhinolaryngology.

01Dr. Arsenio Carlo Cabungcal
Dr. Arsenio Cabungcal is a graduate of the University of the Philippines (2001) and the Philippine Otolaryngology Boards topnotcher in 2006. Specialty-trained in the field of Otorhinolaryngology in Head and Neck Surgery, Dr. Cabungcal has had fellowship training in Cranio-maxillofacial Prosthesis at the Philippine General Hospital. He is also a fellow of the Philippine Academy of Head and Neck Surgeons and the Philippine Medical Association with special clinical interests that include Head and Neck Oncology and Surgery. Currently, he is a Clinical Associate Professor and Attending Otorhinolaryngologist at the Philippine General Hospital, and an Active Consultant for both San Juan de Dios Hospital and the VRP Medical Center.

00Dr. Melfred Hernandez 00Director of Otolaryngology
Board-certified by the Philippine Board of Otolaryngology (1999), Dr. Melfred Hernandez earned his medical degree from the University of the Philippines (1994) with a post-graduate internship at the Philippine General Hospital where he was noted the most outstanding intern in Otorhinolaryngology. He had his residency training at the same institution and post-residency training at Mt. Sinai, New York. Adding to his achievements, he passed both the Philippine and U.S. Medical Licensure Exam in 1994. Dr. Hernandez is currently a Clinical Associate Professor, attending Otorhinolaryngologist, and Coordinator for Flagship at the Philippine General Hospital, a Medical Specialist I at the Veterans Memorial Medical Center, a Visiting Consultant at the Manila Doctors Hospital, and an Associate Staff at the Asian Hospital and Medical Center. Dr. Hernandez is currently affiliated with the Philippine Medical Association and the Muntinlupa Medical Society.
